Advanced measuring instruments make the work easier. We have high-precision Leica total station, Leica automatic level, J2-2 optical theodolite and 3D analysis software.
All-sided accuracy management promotes the construction well. We will control the dimensions in the whole process, i.e. prefabrication, sub-assembly and assembly, and develop the accuracy reports accordingly. We also provide as-built dimension acceptance service.
Mature procedures can reduce the cost and promote the delivery. We have mature dimensional control procedures for different types of projects, such as the construction with non-allowance procedure, the machining inspection procedure of large diameter flanges, etc.
